Is it even legal... read more in Italy to carry a family with two children with an open door tied with a rope? Dust and terrible noise, as a compliment from the company. I am attaching a photo. Plus, for some reason the driver drove along a free mountain road (explaining his decision by a traffic jam on a toll road, but the journey time was the same) and the children, combined with the mountain serpentine and the noise from the open door, arrived green with nausea.

I did live chat on Sicily transfer website and they gave me Marcos number. But think it would have been better to know that. There were no problems I just worry about the lack of face to face - or voice - contact.

The communication was good with Sicily transports via email inbetween our changing flights and new itinerary were read and returned, the only thing I didn’t like was the website, where I made the reservation it wasn’t letting me update the new times for pick up. Fortunately they read emails and there’s a what’sapp number for contact.
